Private getaway located at Emerald Lakes. Our property is a relaxing place for the whole family to unwind. It is perfect for all ages. Multiple TV and play areas for people to hang out together or separately. Brand new AC and heating system for the whole house.
Nice covered fireplace area so you can enjoy nature regardless of the weather.
A short drive to many water parks and skiing location.

All of the space except the unfinished basement.

Summary: Upon check in we noticed that the property was a bit dated and needed some fixing and a proper cleaning. Upon arrival there was a hole in the wall on the second floor and damaged WiFi gear left out in the open. Had to inform the owners just to find out they “were aware but didn’t get around to addressing it”. Further inspection of the house just shows lack of care for the property. Grout was moldy, shower curtains had serious water stains, louvers on horizontal blinds were damaged. Exposed nails on the windows and cobwebs on the staircase. Looked like a frat house or a recent rental to a frat and this was the aftermath. Owner was responsive when we texted but the property was not to our expectation based on what we saw in the listing.
