Fire Pit & Private Boat Ramp for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing, kayaking, canoeing. 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean Grave Site and 5.5 miles to Petit Jean State Park. Main House has 3 bedroom with 3 Baths, Gas Fireplace and Gas Grill and a Pool Table & Ping Pong Table. Large Guest House located just across the drive has 3 bedroom with 2 Baths. Sleeps 19. Summary: What a dream it was to stay here! Absolutely beautiful! Gwen has provided everything you need for not only a stay with a large group (we had 19) but to have a beautiful intimate wedding! The homes are much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures capture! The property is located in not only a beautiful spot but a very easy drive to town or the Casey’s and dollar general right up the road. Everything was fantastic! Gwen was quick to respond and answer any all questions we had! I would recommend staying here until I’m blue in the face, it was just perfect!
