Positive: So attractive - just like the pictures- was delighted on arrival - perfect location for central KW

Negative: Never knew we’d be right under the flight plan ( but Sonia most of KW old town so there it is now I know ha- the aircon was broken and failed work properly making half of the nights there very uncomfortable- I failed to get any sleep at all one night which ruined my last days there - this was doubly frustrating as my initial payment for accom failed due to my credit card being short of funds during my payment date as another accom from holiday took payment at same time - this resulted in my original booking being cancelled and I had to rebook same times and dates - but at 2500 dollars higher cost- for the full price we paid we could have stayed 3x rooms at the smartest hotel on duval st but wanted the privacy and charm of the house - well not without functioning aircon ! I tried to sleep on lounge floor u see roof fan for respite but couldn’t settle - This was most unfair to do this to us as the hosts knew in advance the system was down - and we feel we’ve paid the extra for its replacement- that’s how it is - my moms 80th birthday travel to FL was to be capped off with a beautiful, restful stay in a pretty cottage , sadly she came down with food poisoning for first two nights and we were trapped in a house with faulty aircon at nearly double the price we originally budgeted for- a sad end note to the vacation - if the problems are sorted I’d love to stay again but for a fairer price point
