Positive: We loved the view from the terrace. This can be enjoyed at only ~1m width, but we positioned the table so that 4 persons could see it during dinner. The windows of the living room also look to the see. Sleeping and waking up with the sound of the see was really cosy. The apartment is spacious: 2 bedrooms, living room and another bed in the corridor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also parasol, surf mat available. Even though we never met the staff they were really friendly: we immediately received replacement for the clothes hang dryer and sheets after having some minor issues with them. The construction of the building is really unique. The beach is within 3-10 min walk (small pebble/sand).
Negative: There are really many stairs. We expected this based on previous reviews thus it wasn’t a problem for us. (For those who need the exact details: To get to the flat you need to take an elevator to floor 7 and then walk up ~15 stairs. There are also 1-2 stairs inside the apartment between the rooms. A baby stroller can be left on floor 7 at a public area in case necessary.)
