Parker Eco House is 5 minutes drive from the Albany city centre and all it has to offer. You’ll love this house because of the solar passive design, open plan, comfy beds, stylish decor, modern kitchen and spacious bathroom (with bath). We are pet friendly and have a safe secure yard.
Our place is good for couples, business travellers, families, and medium sized groups (up to six people). The house has three bedrooms with a king bed in the main bedroom and four single beds in the remaining two bedrooms. Please note Parker Eco House is not suitable for children under 5 years old. Extra guest charge is $35 per extra guest per night.
The house is accessible for those with mobility issues. There is one large bathroom and two separate toilets.
