Summary: All aspects were good except the AC would not heat. In July heating is a must. Contacted the agent who apologized and was in Perth so could not come to check the AC. Alternatives were not acceptable. I requested I partial refund if the AC was found to be working OK and lack of heating due to my inability to operate the control. No response 10 days later.
