The quiet setting of the property let you relax like never before. The house is located on a hilltop and enveloped by olive yards, and cultivated fields filled with avocados, orange trees, carob trees, cherry and almond trees. You won't want to leave the place anytime soon.
The two-storey house is provided with two separate apartments, each of which has a private entrance and is fully equipped. This way, you can spend your holidays with your beloved ones and, at the same time, keep a bit of privacy. For groups of 4 persons, only the ground floor flat will be open. The upstairs flat will be open only for groups of 5 or more guests.
Downstairs, you will find a cosy living area, featuring two sofas, a dining table, a massive fireplace, and a kitchenette. From the living room, you will access the two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds), and one bathroom with a shower.
The sloping-ceiling apartment is reachable via an outdoor staircase. Once upstairs, you will find a modern living area, equipped with a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa bed for two people and one single bed. One double bed is located in the upstairs bedroom, which also features an en-suite with a shower.
The two living rooms (on the ground floor and the first floor) are equipped with warm/cool air-con. Heating is provided via electric radiators.
The 170-sq-mt plot is fully fenced, thus ensuring a high degree of privacy for the eight guests that will stay here. The outdoor space is divided into two areas. You will find two dining tables for eating "al fresco", one in the porch, and the other in the patio, near the brick-built BBQ. Then, a wall and a gate separate the courtyard from the pool area, where you will want to spend as much time as you can. In fact, here you can refresh in the private pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers and, above all, rejoice in the panoramic views that surround the holiday home. A poolside shower completes the outdoor facilities.
The access to the house, which is located 1.5 km from the town of Yunquera, can be made from the A-366 road. At the "Puente Palo" sign, you will have to turn right and then follow a 500-mt lane right up the hill and to the holiday home. A parking lot is also available inside the plot.
You can bring your pet with you at an extra cost of €50. If you travel with two pets, you will have to pay €80.
