Summary: This a well kept condo in an old Florida one story series of buildings. Location is excellent for easy walking access to beach and restaurants and there is a lovely small courtyard to sit and enjoy the foliage. Another positive is property managers are close and very responsive to any concerns. Some negatives: kitchen is a bit dated but useable; tv's are a bit small, and there is a large house being built next door to condo building. Even with these negatives, I would recommend renting it since overall it is an excellent value for the rental cost.
