We dedicated substantial amounts of love and care to create a unique atmosphere for your vacation. It is a spacious stylish villa (Certification: AMA00001357135), tastefully furnished, with 1bedroom (double bed), 1 open loft bedroom (double bed) and 1 single sofa at the living room area. The kitchen has all kind of amenities and is fully equipped. Our brand new constructed infinity pool reflects the sunset while the water flows over the edge. Our cool and comfortable villa has a true good vibration! Once you arrive we will guide you through all the facilities and wele will give you a detailed description on what to do and how to take advantage of every single day on the island. We live next door and you can always feel free to contact us for anything you may need. It's a safe and a quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around. Everything is within a walking distance from the studio: mini market, meat market, 2 traditional bakeries tourist shop, tavern with traditional food as well as pizza and souvlaki. There is also a gas station with info point and an olive press where during the summer months you can visit it and learn the making of olive oil.
It is located at Agios Leon, a pretty mountain village of 437 inhabitants, on the unspoilt west coast of Zakynthos. Agios Leon village is also famous for Porto Limnionas beach (4 kms away). Porto Limnionas is one of the most hidden places and maybe for this reason more beautiful and wild of the entire island. It is a marvelous bay with clear water placed along the West coast of Zakynthos.
