Gated parking, Free Wifi and 24 hour Security. The condo consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, a lounge couch with a pull out queen foam gel mattress with extra bedding. Two seperate A/C units in the bedroom & living room. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dinnerware and flatware provided. The building has a laundry room on the ground floor, with washer and dryer. Smart Roku TV, local cable & streaming services in living room, Smart Roku TV with streaming services in bedroom. The condo has a private ocean view balcony and a newly renovated outdoor pool. Most of Trip Advisors water excursions leave from the Villa Marina Yacht Harbour right next door to the condo. Live music can be heard on weekends from the balcony. Newly added ring camera at the front door for added security.

Summary: This was the first time my wife and I had spent any time in Puerto Rico. We stayed for two weeks and greatly enjoyed the area and the condo. Gated community is nice and the pool is fantastic. I would recommend Joe and Jessica’s condo to anyone looking for a quiet home base but close to a lot of things to do. We jet skied, rode horses, went snorkeling, enjoyed close beaches, and ate way too much tasty Puerto Rican food at local eateries.
