The Modern Villa property features 8 beds (King, Queen, Double), 1 pull-out sofa (Double), and 2 air mattresses. The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while the separate Casita includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a double couch, accommodating 14-20 guests in central Palm Springs. (Additional guest fee applies after 16.)
Interior design by a renowned designer, featuring high-end furnishings. The secluded central pool can be heated for an additional $200 per day. The property also includes a game room with a pool table and arcade games, a full-size outdoor teepee, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, modern architecture, and luxury furniture throughout.
The 10,000+ sq ft outdoor yard features a BBQ and playground, perfect for family gatherings or large events.
Please Note: We have security cameras on the exterior of the property for security. Additionally, the pool area is not covered or gated, and small children must be supervised.

Noise Ordinance: Per Riverside County regulations, noise levels at the perimeter cannot exceed 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels after 10 PM. A small Bluetooth speaker is allowed. Large speakers may violate the noise ordinance. Any fines or violations will result in additional fees. Violations may result in fees up to $1,500, which the renter will be responsible for.
Decorations: You are welcome to add decorations for photo shoots or retreats. Please avoid confetti or glitter, and take down any decorations after use. Do not peel paint.
Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for $200/day, with prior payment and at least 2 days’ notice.
Parking: The property can accommodate about 8 cars. No street parking is allowed.
Pets: Two dogs as pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet rent. This will cover only hair and fur vacuuming for the entire home. Proper hygiene must be used. ($200 for poop, pee cleanup inside the home and additional for damages to furniture).
