Positive: The staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. They made sure we were looked after and got us taxis to and from the place. They have a list of trusted taxi guys who are definitely worth getting to and from the airport as the place is not the easiest to find the first time round. The breakfast was lovely and its was personalised and different every day. The staff treated us more like family - Said and Abdel were just amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Any feedback we gave they fixed it asap.
Negative: Small improvements to make things easier would be great such as a shelf in the bathroom for the soap and shampoo. Pretty much everything else was great.
Summary: Loved the place, loved the people, will definitely stay there again.
