Positive: The check in process was very smooth and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The rental unit was very clean and spacious for our family of 7. The pool was located close by which was super convenient. We used the indoor pool and hot tub as well. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the pool was!! So nice! There is something for everyone. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and nature all around the beautiful resort. We definitely will be back!!!
Negative: Only issue is that the upstairs didn't really get cool enough. The downstairs got chilly but not upstairs.
