This 1932 Bungalow (historic home) is a cozy space with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a mud room, oversized pantry and countless cabinets, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, and hanging pot rack. The oversized living room has an impressive 70" SMART T.V. which is great for movie night. The laundry room has a standard sized washer and dryer for your convenience and each room has a ceiling fan and window air units. We believe in reducing our carbon foot-print by only using the energy needed to be cool or warm spaces being occupied. There is fast internet throughout, RING doorbell, and other exterior cameras and lighting for safety and security. Ample parking, two driveways, a large front porch, side deck, and back porch for outdoor enjoyment. Fruit trees, professional landscaping, and the smell of rosemary from the front garden is sure to arouse the senses.
