Completely renovated, fantastic luxury seafront apartment. The large terrace, that measures approx. 25 m2 and conveys the feeling of living on the sea. The sweeping views are spectacular both day and night, overlook the community pool, the beaches of Candelaria, the entire coast and the mountains. The view, can also be enjoyed from the living room/dining room and kitchen. The décor has been carefully selected and is exquisite. The details offer complete comfort, such as fiber optic WIFI, air conditioning in the living room as well as the bedrooms and a dishwasher. The 70 m2 are distributed in a spacious living room/dining room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen that can optionally be closed with a sliding door or left open to be integrated into the living room, two bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with shower. The building is very quiet and also has a shared pool with direct access to a small cove that is suitable for swimming at low tide. Candelaria is a coastal town halfway between the international airport of the South and the capital city of Santa Cruz, so it is an ideal starting point for excursions, gastronomic outings and cultural events or shopping. Hikers will find the nearby, mythical Barranco de Badajoz in Güimar and for those who simply like to stroll, you will find the long promenade with several small beaches. Despite having grown in recent years, Candelaria still retains the local atmosphere of a charming coastal town, so it is ideal traveler who prefer to avoid mass tourism centers.

Summary: Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dieser modern eingerichteten Penthousewohnung mit viel Platz für 2 Personen, großem Badezimmer mit Dusche, je einer Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer und einer gut sortierten Küche. Die Kontaktaufnahme per Email verlief absolut zügig. Leider suchten wir anfänglich den auf dem Foto und in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Terrassengrill, doch bereits Stunden später wurde uns ein kleiner Grill inkl. Holzkohle vom Eigentümer vor die Haustür gestellt. Noch einen Tag später gab es einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Apfelkuchen. Vielen Dank nochmals hierfür. Am allerschönsten ist der frontale Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer, jeden Morgen konnten wir den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert und 1x pro Woche frisch mit Meerwasser befüllt. Der Weg zum Strand/Badebucht ist nicht weit (knapp 10 Minuten) und es lohnt sich die Taucherbrille mitzunehmen. Es ist Stöhnen auf hohem Niveau, doch irgendwie hat mir in den ersten Tagen ein Minibackofen gefehlt. Mit dem vorhandenen Toaster konnte ich keine Brötchen aufbacken. Zu Glück entdeckten wir direkt schräg gegenüber einen Gemüseladen, welcher auch frische Baguettes verkauft.
