This relaxing 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with an office and detached casita has the space for everyone to spread out, along with beautiful common spaces for everyone to come together. Full of tropical plants and green grass, you will wont to spend your days with them, as you enjoy relaxing by the pool, grill, or fire pit with the whole group. Bring your friends, family, and get ready for a relaxing Arizona vacation.
The Space:
The backyard is an entertainers dream. Featuring a full size pool, built in BBQ, Gazebo Dinning area, built in fire pit, and a beautiful real grass yard. You may not want to leave the property!
The pool has an option to be heated for $25/night.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults, and boost an additional bedroom currently set up as a private office. Great for 2 families or an adult retreat of eight! The Casita is fully detached from the home, making it the perfect secluded escape.

The kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials you need for vacation, including non-glass cups for beverages to be enjoyed by the pool! Comfortably choose your dinning location, with 3 barstools in the kitchen, a lovely 6 seater dinning room table, and an additional 6 seater outdoor table under the Gazebo. When you get tired of the sun, enjoy the designer sectional and chair located around the Flatscreen TV in the entertainment area.

Location is ideal for any visitors with access to I-17, I-51, and the 101. Within minutes you can be in Scottsdale or Lookout Mountain for great golf and hiking. This is a fantastic neighborhood to walk, run, hike, with the famed Lookout Mountain a few minutes away. 15 minutes from the Phoenix Airport.
