Welcome to Osprey House by KEES Vacations!
Take a breather at this oasis of a home, Osprey House! Located in Duck’s neighborhood of Osprey Ridge, this 6-bedroom, 7-and-1 half-bath soundside home is tucked away towards the end of a cul-de-sac that overlooks the beautiful water and is just steps from the Village of Duck!
On the third floor of the home, guests will find the main living room, powder room, kitchen with granite countertops, and dining area. An elevator is also available for your convenience. Relax with a sunset cocktail on the deck and retire to the King En Suite, also on this level, at the end of the evening. The third level King En Suite boasts lovely views of the sound as well as a jacuzzi tub in its private bathroom. Guests will love the granite counters in the bathroom as well as its luxury marble flooring.
The second level of the home contains 4 very comfortable Queen En Suites, two of which have deck access. The expansive deck looks out over the pool and front yard and is perfect for watching the sun sink down over the horizon on warm summer evenings.
The first level of the home has a Queen En Suite, as well as a room with two sets of Twin bunks. Guests will find the theatre room and rec room with a billiards table and kitchenette also on this level. A full shared bathroom adjoins the rec room and Twin bunk room. Step out to the pool from the rec room and splish splash into summer in the sparkling 12x10 pool or luxury hot tub! An outdoor shower and gas grill are available after long days spent in the hot summer sun.
Take a stroll into the Village of Duck and see what wonderful things this small, yet bustling, area has to offer! From The Waterfront Shops to delicious local eats such as NC Coast Grill and Bar, guests of Osprey House will never run out of fun things to do on the Outer Banks!
This property has 8 parking spots for guests.
**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Please note, the nearest public beach access is at Byrd Street in Kitty Hawk.
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
