It has two spacious and private rooms, each with its own closet and locked door for privacy, separated from each other by a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The Guest house is equipped with a sink, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave, BBQ and much more, with plenty of room to make food and eat outdoors on the large and private, covered patio.
• The large covered patio has two ceiling fans, dining table and chairs for 4, 2 lounge chairs facing the landscaped yard and orchard, a full-sized barbecue, and 2 comfortable rattan lounge chairs with footstools. There is privacy bamboo screening to enhance separation from the Main House, while still maintaining great views of the lush, tropical landscaping, thus completing the indoor/outdoor living experience that is Hawaii.
• The Guest House is next to the Main house (VRBO 460402) that can sleep up to six people and shares the yard and laundry facilities with the Main house.
• Convenient to:
o Hilo shopping, restaurants and services
o Nearby Keaau and Pahoa towns for: farmer's markets, cafes and restaurants
o Pahoa recent lava flow; Kalapana historical lava flow; Volcano National Park; Richardson Beach (whales in season)
o Newly formed black sand beach, free local zoo; botanical gardens
o Walking/running/cycling on some 100 miles of well packed private roads in the subdivision, with all main roads paved. Are you training for a run, bike race or triathlon? Lots of opportunities to train here!

(C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area (gravel parking area).
(D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
