Two bedroom, two bathroom house on quiet dead end street on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, located an easy 5 minute walk to public beach access. House has been completely remodeled -- all new floors, paint, fixtures, tile, walk in shower, etc. Super safe residential area, fenced back yard with large pavered patio for entertaining. All linens, beach supplies provided. Must be at least 25 years of age to book; NO EXCEPTIONS.

Summary: We just spent two months at this property and loved it. The owner is very friendly, always available, and very helpful. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The beds are so comfy! I want to take the master king bed home. There is a cute breakfast nook looking out on the backyard. The backyard is my favorite part. There is a private courtyard with a large propane grill, table for six extra chairs and a swing where we spent most of our time. There are tons of beach toys, chairs and even a cart to push if you need to. The cornhole game was fun too. I highly recommend this property.
