The huge, south facing deck makes outdoor cooking and entertaining easy with a large table and umbrella for six, plus commercial gas grill. Home sleeps 9 in beds across 4 bedrooms/3 full baths.
Lower level you will find a garage for 1 vehicle, ski closet, room with bunk bed (single bed on top of a queen bed), a small sofa with a TV and en-suite bathroom. Middle level a beautiful deck with a great view, large living room, fire place, TV, dining table and Kitchen. Two large rooms with queen bed each, shareable bathroom in hallway, and a laundry room. Upper level you will find a work place and primary bedroom with King bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
Strategically located central to Winter Park Ski Resort, Pole Creek Golf Course, Ski Granby Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch and Spa, and YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. Also easy day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Finally, it might seem like a small thing but our location is on county plowed roads and the driveway is large and flat.
Winter Park Resort is just 14 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. In the Resort includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 9.3 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 7.6 miles away at Fraser or City Market its 9 miles away at Granby.
