The updated kitchen and laundry closet are also on the main level. The master bedroom with queen bed is also located on the main level with private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is located on the upper level with queen bed. The second bath is on the upper level landing with walk in shower. The 10'x15' deck is perfect for outdoor dining! Wireless internet provided. This property is within walking distance to Beaver Drive #74 (sleeps 6) and Beaver Lane #7 (sleeps 4). Gas grill. No Smoking. No Pets. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is five. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Pets not allowed.
