Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home except the storage closet.

Age requirement to book is 30+.
Limited pond access. Only fishing is allowed. No swimming, or any recreational activities allowed in the pond. The pond is not part of the property and not included in the rental of this property. It is only for viewing.
Parties are not allowed but we do allow low-key private gatherings.

Bath tub jets are not available in the bath rooms
Guest will have access to the washer and dryer. This is for you to use for your own personal belongings. Please refrain from washing any items that comes with the property e.g. towels, sheets, etc.. You are our guest — leave the washing of these items to us. You will have enough supply of these items that you don't have to wash anything. 😉
Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation
This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
Firewood is not provided. Please coordinate with us before your arrival, if you would like to purchase some firewood for your stay. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.
Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
