The Space:
Beautiful new 4 bed/3 bath pine cabin with high-end furniture & linens. Paved roads lead you into your vacation home that's less than 5 miles from Downtown Blue Ridge, yet
peaceful & private! Soak up the beauty of the surrounding trees from the hot tub,
make memories inside the game rooms wet bar & arcade, sip hot cocoa in front of
the 2 indoor crackling fireplaces, or make smores by the outdoor fire pit! Each bedroom
has a private deck to take in the scenery of this charming woodsy cabin.
Grant's Lodge is a beautiful, serene home tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains. With no gravel roads to endure, and easily accessed off the paved entrance to the highly sought out Mountain Tops community, the cabin is located just 5-10 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge and 20 minutes from Ellijay, both quaint and charming towns with delicious restaurants and taverns with live music, fantastic shopping and ongoing events, and great bike trails. You’ll also be centrally located near local attractions including Mercier Orchards and Serenity Spa, and visitors can easily take a train ride on the scenic railway from Downtown Blue Ridge up to the sister city of McCaysville. For the more adventurous, the cabin is only about 20 minutes away from the Toccoa River for tubing, boating on Lake Blue Ridge, kayaking and trout fishing and the USFS for hiking and
mountain biking. Around 30 minutes away you can hike the area’s best waterfalls like Fall Branch, Long Branch and Amicalola Falls. Just an hr drive north is Ocoee, TN, home to the best white water rafting and outdoor activities galore.
MAIN FLOOR & UPPER DECK
Open living room concept with a stone gas burning fireplace and a Streaming/Satellite TV, record player, soft area rug, comfortable leather couch and 2 armchairs, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. The main floor upper deck is home to the gas grill (uses propane tanks) with outdoor seating and a view of the lush trees and outdoor fire pit. There’s also a
convenient laundry closet with washer/dryer.

King Master Suite with abundant natural light, black out curtains and shades, a Streaming/Satellite TV, a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a private attached bathroom with barn door and walk-in tile shower, plus deck access with outdoor seating.

Queen bed, plenty of windows and natural light, black out curtains and shades, Streaming TV, closet space, ceiling fan, and an attached bathroom with barn door and a tub shower, plus deck access with outdoor seating.
KITCHEN & DINING
Round dining table seats 4 with an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a Keurig k-cafe special edition single serve cappuccino and latte machine with frother - perfect for iced lattes on the deck or hot cappuccinos by the fire - a blender, and toaster oven. Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil or appliance the “chef” in your group should need to cook, bake, broil, mix or whisk (including a crockpot, ice maker, knife set, mixing
utensils, hand mixer, strainer, measuring utensils, cutting boards, scissors, grater, scoop, whisk, pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets, silverware, peeler, BBQ tools, dishes, kettle, blender, muffin pan, pitcher, and a pantry). Silverware and wine
glasses are included as well as a can opener and wine opener. Kids’ dinnerware (natural bamboo utensils, plates and bowls) are also provided.
THIRD BEDROOM - LOWER LEVEL
Twin Bunk Beds, black out curtains, Streaming TV, plus patio access with 2 swings made from reclaimed wood.
FOURTH BEDROOM - LOWER LEVEL
Two double beds, generous closet space, ceiling fan, black out curtains, Streaming TV, plus patio access with 2 comfortable weather resistant, rattan-wrapped, pillow-cushioned hanging egg chairs.
The cabin’s third bathroom with shower is located across from the fourth bedroom.
LOWER LEVEL & LOWER OPEN DECK
Watch the big game on the Streaming/Satellite TV or mix some drinks at the wet bar. Lower entertainment area also features a gas fireplace, LED shuffleboard which doubles as a bowling game, 2 player arcade machine with 400+ of your favorite classic games (Pac-Man, StreetFighter, Mario Brothers, NBA Jam, etc), connect four wall game, Jenga, and endless board games (clue, sorry, pictureka, wits and wagers, hangman, mouse trap, mastermind, toss across, candy land, twister)! good reads for bookworms can be found here, too. The lower level patio has a hot tub that’s professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay, a total of 4 swings, a hook and ring game, 2 picnic tables, and an outdoor fire pit with marshmallow roasting sticks and s’mores trays available in the kitchen. (Please note firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not included but can be purchased through the management company for delivery).

This cabin is equipped with a backup generator in case of any power outages.
