A fully renovated apartment roosts above a 1902 home in the heart of the Historic Boulevard Neighborhood. This in-town apartment with beautiful garden on a 1/2 acre lot is the perfect home base for an Athens experience.
The apartment has private stairway entrance and fully equipped urban kitchen. Free curbside parking on spacious street. New, hard pine floors throughout. Cable TV and wireless internet also provided.
My family and I live below the apartment. We assume you'd like your privacy, but we are also very happy to help with advice and directions.

And, of course, easy travel by foot or bus to downtown and Sanford Stadium.
In addition to the wonderful eateries, yoga studios, coffeehouses and nightlife, the apartment is surrounded by beautiful historic homes worthy of a stroll. Several parks and playgrounds are also nearby.

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this space in Athens. Although we did not meet in person, Kevin was a great host. He quickly replied to messages and provided a wealth of information on the area. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet (except for the occasional train whistle), and very picturesque with mature trees and beautiful old homes. It is an easy twenty minute walk to downtown and a large variety of restaurants and bars. The unit itself is quaint and quirky. It was almost like visiting Grandma’s old house. The unit was clean and everything was provided. The only disconcerting item was the number of insect traps throughout the unit. All in all, a great place to stay in Athens.
