This two-storey house of 100 m2 features a private covered terrace with views of the landscape, the surrounding hills and the sea.
First built in 1940, this refurbished, renovated house is a typical example of the Ikarian traditional architecture, featuring massive stone walls of 60 cm width with a gabled wooden roof covered by schist. The courtyard contains a traditional oven and a grape mill.

The house consists of 2 levels. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen with a sitting - dining area around a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine and a filter coffee maker.
