Positive: The unit had everything we needed. The parking spot is inside a garage adjacent to the apartment. You enter the apartment through an inner courtyard in Borisa Kidriča street (the unit is completely seperated and it even has its own hallway). It was clean inside, plenty of hot water, and the bed was super comfy to sleep in; we had a good night rest. :) The city center is ten minutes away on foot.
Negative: There are no real downsides, except maybe the fact that the bedroom is on the ground floor in a narrow street, so pedestrians are inches away from the window. However, the windows are well-insulated and there are two sets of curtains. Also, this is a side street, so there isn't too much traffic. We didn't have any noise issues.
Summary: A nice, ground-floor apartment close to the city center
