Positive: Much bigger than it looked in the pictures, very reasonably priced and a generous gift basket was left. Sherrie was a helpful host, very quick to respond. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a large family as it wasn't cluttered, and had all the appliances and kitchen equipment a family could need. Slept well as beds were exceptionally comfy and the village is quiet. Pretty location and parking right outside the front door. The kids said they want to move in, particularly as they all had a double bed each and their own TV in all of the bedrooms!
Negative: The property is great at the moment as seems new but there are little maintenance issues that may become problematic over time. Things like the bathroom door locks were very stiff, en suite extractor fan didn't work and there was water pooling on the floor when using shower with no obvious place that it was leaking from. Some less harsh light bulbs downstairs with more mood lighting in dining room would be nice to make the place more cosy.
