Beautiful home for family getaways in a lovely peaceful residential area in upper Prestatyn. The house has outstanding sea views along the North Wales coast.
There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor.
For Golfers it has the added bonus of overlooking St Melyd Golf course.
The house is very close to the famous Offas Dyke path and plenty of other walking routes nearby.
The beach is a short 10 minute drive.

You will have full access to the whole of the property and its garden. The garden has covered areas to sit if wanted. Sun loungers are provided
