This rental includes both the upper and lower units of a duplex. With a total of 3BR/2BA, this is the perfect getaway for two families traveling together. Walk 200' to the beach, or take a short stroll to dining and shopping. This rental is split into two halves so that your party can enjoy private moments as well as group activities in the common areas.

The upper unit of the duplex offers two comfy living areas that can easily convert into sleeping areas. The first includes a queen bed, balcony access, and a 32in flat-screen TV, while the second provides a futon, ample seating, and a 32in flat-screen TV.
The lower unit of the duplex offers a living area with a couch and chairs perfectly situated for watching a favorite film on the 42in flat-screen TV. Enjoy making favorite foods in the upper unit galley kitchen with a double sink and ample cookware.
