Walking distance from large community pools, pickleball and the Emerald Isle public golf course and driving range.
Wonderful Hollywood style, open U-shaped floorpan with tile floors throughout, a central courtyard surrounded by dual master bedroom/bath suites, a sunroom/office, a bonus room with a built-in bar and sofabed that can serve as a 3rd bedroom, den, office or your own personal cocktail lounge! Also includes a single car garage and washer/dryer.
The large private courtyard is the centerpiece of the condo, with sliding glass doors and views from all rooms. Cool ocean breezes and a gas grill are great for outdoor living and dining. An exterior door leads to a side garden with spectacular sunset views, perfect for golden hour cocktails!
