Summary: Very nice location - close to Fort Lauderdale, Deerfield Beach and Delray allows for you to visit multiple hot spots. The private beach is such a great bonus. The entire villa is very quiet and we had no problem getting seats at the pool or beach. Sometimes we were the only ones at the pool! Beds are definitely on the firmer side but it’s nothing that would keep us from going back next year. We loved our stay and enjoyed the royal flamingo!
