Imagine drinking your morning coffee just steps away from the pristine sandy beaches of Amelia Island in this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean front condo. Located on the second floor of Amelia Island Surf and Racquet, this condo boasts some of the most gorgeous views on the island.
Walking into the newly renovated kitchen, immediate views of the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean will leave you breathless as you enter this stunning ocean front flat! The dazzling granite counter tops, under mount sink, and brand new stainless-steel appliances absolutely complete this kitchen! Whether it's cooking meals, mixing cocktails, or reading the morning paper, this kitchen is nothing short of perfect!
The open floor plan allows for optimum functionality connecting the foyer area, kitchen, dining area, and living room in perfect orientation to view the Atlantic while relaxing anywhere in the condo. The dining area is accented with a rustic farm-style table that seats 6 and offers a perfect location to gather for a family meal. Walking on, the living area features a large blue L-shaped couch with an ottoman for relaxing and two chairs seated around a large flat screen television set a top a beautiful credenza.
What truly makes this coastal retreat remarkable though is the magnificent views seen from every angle of this beautiful condo. Unique to Surf and Racquet, this condo features private double balconies with large sliding glass doors off either side of the living area. These sliders along with 3 large windows across the backside of the condo create a magnificent view of Amelia Island's gorgeous beaches unparalleled by any property on the island.
Off one side of the main room lies the master bedroom offering a king bed, pillow top mattress, two small reading desks, a chaise, and a 32” Flat Screen TV inside of a double drawered chifferobe. The master bathroom has a stand-up tub/shower combo and single sink vanity. The spacious second bedroom opposite the master has two queen beds and a flat screen TV along with its own private bathroom. Each bedroom is set up with its own bathroom giving guests their own private suite. Both rooms also have a slider to the private balcony with a set of outdoor chairs for enjoying the spectacular view and cool coastal breeze.
This unit has been featured in Coastal Living Magazine and was previous owned by HGTV home decorator and has been completely remodeled in December 2015 with new paint, carpet, pillow top mattresses, furniture (indoor and outdoor), electrical outlets and fixtures, and hardware.
