With 18 Ocean Place you deal with us, the owner directly. This is not an investor property rented by a management company, this is our second home. We think you’ll agree the difference is noticeable in the quality of furnishings and the care we take maintaining the unit, and in making it comfortable and inviting.

There is a tile back splash and under-cabinet lighting that brightly illuminates the quartz waterfall countertop. Everything is here for you to make a picnic lunch for the beach, or for a gourmet cook to prepare a fine meal. The kitchen opens across a breakfast bar to the dining room which boasts a large table and seating for six. Enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 60" HDTV in the spacious living room. The seating is comfortable and the view of the waves unsurpassed.
