Upgrades for 2025 included a Smart TV mounted above converted gas fireplace (not available for guest use). All carpets were removed to restore original hardwood floors. Freshly painted great room and hallways. Added lighting and ceiling fans throughout home and screened-in porch. Screened-in porch and great room newly furnished. Banquette added for game/dining seating. All new bedding and Smart TV's. Garage converted to rec room for indoor/outdoor living includes all new lighting, garage door screens, entertainment area with Smart TV, bar, full size refrigerator, icemaker, plastic barware, bartender kit and ping pong table.

Kitchen with stainless steel appliance, gas stove, counter seating for 2, with access to the screened porch and oceanfront deck. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with smart TVs and private bathrooms. Bedroom with a Bunk Set, Single and smart TV. Full hallway bathroom with deck and outside shower access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk and smart TV. Laundry room with washer/dryer and front porch and rec room access. Den/Library with Queen Sleep Sofa (can double as a 7th bedroom), smart TV, books, games/puzzles and a private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with smart TV, that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom (with whirlpool tub and oceanfront deck and hot tub access) with a Bedroom with 1 Single and smart TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
