Positive: The view was exceptional. We could have been happy not even going anywhere, the whole trip!! The property location is good, with moderate travel time to Acadia. The cathedral ceiling is fun. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Negative: Queen bed was too soft -- developed a sore back.
Summary: We want to stay here again.
