The space:
- Lower Level
The lower level features a modern open floor plan, flowing together the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 15 ft ceilings and large glass doors display one of the best ocean views in all of La Jolla. Enjoy the massive lower balcony that spills out from the living room. See wildlife including sea lions, seals, pelicans, and ospreys, and sharks from the balcony! The dining room contains seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers Pots/Pans, Nespresso, Coffee Machine, Juicer, VitaMix and more.
The two guest bedrooms are located downstairs. One bedroom have queen sized bed, and the larger guest suite has a King. (Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe Mattress).
There is a laundry room available on the lower level.
- Upper Level
The entire upper level contains the Master Suite. Featuring french doors that open up to your own private 40 ft balcony. A floor-to-ceiling marble tub and shower, perched high above a breathtaking ocean-front view. The suite contains 2 Full baths as well as a King Bed and an additional sofa bed.
Parking:
There are 4 parking spots total: 2 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway.
Internet:
The house has stable and fast internet (500 mbps!) as well as great WiFi coverage range throughout every room. Perfect for working from home.
