There are 2 master king bedrooms, each with ocean views, a large flat screen TV, and en-suite baths and one with a fireplace. There is a 3rd king bedroom with a seating nook and en-suite bath.
There are also two queen bedrooms – one with an en-suite bath and a second on the first level with a separate bath with a walk-in shower.
The 6th & 8th bedrooms have a separate entrance, and will be perfect for grown kids/teenagers, or the nanny or Grandma and Grandpa to get away from the noise! It will sleep 4 with a queen bed and pull-out sofa. The 7th bedroom is a full-size gym and has a Murphy bed and a full bathroom – perfect for the teenagers in the group.
The 8th bedroom has new, bunk beds with memory-foam mattresses, sliding-door access to the swimming pool & hot tub and private patio.
This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 18 people.

Summary: Enormous house in a perfect spot! House was perfect for our “escape the cold” getaway. Our goal was to soak up the sun and relax and boy did we. We rented a car but didn’t need it. Walked to coffee, dinner and grocery store. There weee only 6 in our party so we didn’t even use like half the bedrooms available. We BBQ one night and the outdoor kitchen/dining was perfect. There were even a couple patio heaters that made it super comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Having a small gym and 6 seater movie theater was also a great bonus! House is perfect for large groups as all the rooms are spread out so you have plenty of privacy. Tim and Tony were great communicators and check in/check out was a breeze!
