Beautifully renovated and newly decorated, our condo offers guests private accommodations with on-site amenities including 2 community pools (one which is heated), tennis/pickle/basketball courts, clubhouse fitness center and children's playground.
Our unit is nestled in the back of the desired OceanWalk complex, a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a stockedfishing pond. The condo features vinyl planking/tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the standardappliances and fully stocked with everything one may need to prepare meals for the duration of theirstay if they choose. Open floor plan with a dining room off kitchen all overlooking the living room. Comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), a large 55 HD Smart TV (WI-FI and cable) and wonderful deckwith plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or morning coffee. The primary bedroom suiteoffers a king bed with walk-in closet and TV (WI-FI and cable) and bathroom with tiled tub/shower andwasher/dryer combo. Take our 2 bikes for a spin down to the beach or around our beautiful island. Unit comes equipped witheverything the family would need (beach chairs, wagon, pack n play, highchair, toys, cooler and beachtowels). Best of ALL is the great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the Pier Village within walking distance!

Summary: The inside of condo has had some updates. Kitchen has a good supply of cookware and dishes for simple meals. It was nice to have dishwasher and laundry detergent. Bed was very comfortable, and there was lots of storage in bedroom. Washer/dryer combo is tricky to use, and dryer dries hot, so be careful using it.
