· Master bedroom has new King bed.
Guest bedrooms Queen bed and x 2 Twins.
· AC in every room.
· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.
· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.
· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)
· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.
· Parking: 2 standard-sized cars in the garage, 2 more parking on driveway. **NO parking on the street or road.
· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.
· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.
· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

Summary: his home is lovely. The location is quiet and secure. The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for a vacation home. The walking trails near the home were also top notch!Our only concerns were the odd way the lights and fans were connected on the same circuit which made them difficult to use in various rooms. We notified the number provided for questions, but never received follow up on how to better use the system. Oh—and the large pasta pot was missing from the kitchen set! It made for a memorable pasta cooking experience!Honestly, even with these minor concerns every thing else was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again, and enjoyed our time in Waianae.
