ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repair on the Ocean/Marina-facing side is nearing completion, but intermittent noise disturbances may still occur during work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we wrap up this phase of the project. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by late September 2025.
The spectacular unobstructed ocean view from this high floor condo will take your breath away! The unit's clean modern style will embrace you in comfort and makes the perfect homebase for a dream Hawaiian vacation.
This great location is only a short walk to the beach, the Ala Moana Beach Park/Magic Island, the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and a wide array of Waikiki restaurants, nightlife and ocean activities. This Ilikai Marina Condos unit includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, one sleeper sofa in the living room, and a king size bed in the bedroom. There is pay laundry room in the building for your convenience.
Bonus! If your stay includes a Friday night, the best view from the unit's lanai can be had of the Hilton's fireworks. The fireworks occur most Fridays year round.
