Positive: The ocean view was definitely the highlight… the walk to Redondo Pier is close by. The walkway- strand is nice to walk along as one explores other beaches.
Negative: The parking for the building (way underneath ground). The building is difficult to get into - does not have easy access. There are also repairs taking place on grounds and on roof of the building. It’s old. Pieces of shingle - asphalt? were fallen on the balcony and ground in front of the building. People were walking by and a shingle piece had fallen nearly missing someone on the head.
Summary: Would recommend staying at a hotel instead.
