It is a beautiful one story house with private pool on an unobstructed view ocean front lot, just a few steps to the beach. Its a great location to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The resort has many amenities to enjoy , including an infinity pool, hot tub, kayak/paddle board/and beach bikes, ALL Included, and it is located in a natural estuary reserve with breath taking ocean, estuary, and Mountain View’s. It features 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms , and a spacious common area to enjoy. USA directv in Living room on 65" HDTV, and in MBR on 45" HDTV. Roku TV in queen room with netflix app loaded. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, with full sized refrigerator and freezer. Beautiful patio out back with a gas grill. Gorgeous Margarita deck up top to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Private play pool and expansive deck area with a large firepit and seating for 12. Don’t forget to visit Laguna Shores 5 star restaurant Infusion del Golfo!!! Summary: The best!! I went with my wife and another couple and the house was fantastic!! Stocked and ready for us to have a relaxing stay! Our ladies took advantage of the massage booking by Ruben and they kept talking about how great it was! The outside area is set up for the hot days AND cool nights! Thank y'all for thinking about all the things!!
