Summary: The condominium is located on the 24th floor of the hotel. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The air conditioning works well, and there is hot water. It’s relatively quiet, although we could hear the sirens of police cars occasionally, but keep in mind that this is a busy area of the city. On the 4th floor of the hotel, there is a laundry facility (usage is included in the price; you just need to buy detergent, as there is a machine available). Nearby, there is an "ABC" store where you can purchase groceries. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach along a street lined with various shops and cafes. If you bring umbrellas and swimming gear, it might be a bit inconvenient to carry them. The beach tends to be very crowded with tourists, so next time I might choose a quieter location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
