Positive: It was easy to find & a perfect location for me. Easy to contact Tray if needed & I did! Everything I needed was in the room, the fridge freezer was ideal & very quiet, the fan was needed & was handy to have the shared kitchen, I did use it! The bed was comfortable & I had a great stay thanks!
Negative: Nothing really! I travelled alone so if it was 2 of us I would have wanted a better or more pillows but that's a personal thing! Also I thought there was live TV but couldn't get any channels so watched iPlayer, again not a problem as I was out most of the time!
