Ενα ολοκαίνουριο, υπερπολυτελές και άνετο διαμέρισμα (85sqm+15sqm μπαλκόνι), δύο υπνοδωματίων, στον τέταρτο όροφο (ρετιρέ), ενός μοντέρνου κτιρίου με ιδιωτικό parking και ασανσέρ, μόνο 5 βήματα απο την θάλασσα. Αν σας αρέσει το κολύμπι, τότε βρήκατε τον ιδανικό χώρο για τις διακοπές σας.Ο χώρος είναι διακοσμημένος το 2021, απο έναν απο τους μεγαλύτερους σχεδιαστές στην Ελλάδα, της εταιρείας (Art Decor).
Απο το διαμέρισμα σε λιγότερο απο ένα λεπτό, μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε στην θάλασσα (που είναι αρκετά ρηχή , ώστε να είναι ιδανική για οικογένειες με παιδιά), να κάνετε ηλιοθεραπεία στην ξαπλώστρα ή να απολαμβάνετε ενα παγωμένο κοκτέιλ στην αμμουδιά.
Οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείτε στις διακοπές σας είναι δίπλα σας, καθώς το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον πιο δημοφιλή πεζόδρομο της περιοχής. Ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, οργανωμένα beach bar, σούπερ μάρκετ κ.τ.λ είναι μόνο λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια.
