Oakfield Bed and Breakfast in the New Forest Hampshire UK provides you with an amazing exclusive annex for up to four people. We are family and child friendly and welcome groups and holiday makers. Facilities for your use alone include the following. Inside Summary Your own entrance opening into Breakfast area (exclusive use) with doors leading to Bedroom 1 & 2 Double bedroom 1 with Super King Size bed (Twin by arrangement) own WC / Shower and connecting door leading to Double bedroom 2. Double bedroom 2 with Super King Size bed (Twin by arrangement) own WC / Shower and connecting door leading to bedroom 1. Outside Summary Parking Private access to annex Private garden Sorry - No pets Oakfield Annex sleeps four and is for your exclusive use. We are set within the New Forest National Park in the small rural village of Pilley just outside the port town of Lymington. Our annex is attached to the main house set within gardens of approx half an acre. Family and child friendly in a great location. The space You have your own entrance opening into the breakfast area. You have full and exclusive use of the breakfast area of the annex during your stay which is equipped with a small fridge, kettle and toaster and microwave but is not equipped for self catering. We supply and replenish Tea / Coffee / Milk daily. We replenish your breakfast selection each morning and set it out in the breakfast area of the annex. We are currently offering an uncooked continental breakfast and do our best to cater for any requests or preferences if told in advance. From the breakfast room you can access both of the double bedrooms individually. First Double bedroom has a Super King size bed (can be split to twin on request) with own WC/Shower and connecting door to Bedroom 2. Bedside cabinets and a double wardrobe for storage and iron / hairdryer are also provided. TV / Netflix / Internet. Second Double bedroom has two twin beds (can be made to a Super king on request) with own WC/Shower and connecting door to Bedroom 1. Bedside cabinets and a double wardrobe for storage and iron / hairdryer are also provided. TV / Netflix / Internet Each bedroom has its own shower, WC and wash basin. Towels and toiletries are provided. You have full use of your own private area of garden and decking. There is parking to the front of the property roadside. Please do not park on the drive. We will always try and meet you upon arrival or your first night. If we can not be there when you arrive we will send instructions on how to access the annex. We will always be there to say farewell at the end of your stay. We will replenish your breakfast supplies each morning via our access door into the breakfast area of the annex. We live in the main house and are always around if you have any questions. Other than that we are happy to leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday. Family Friendly We can provide a travel cot and bedding, high chair, booster seat and a bed guard. The annex is not equipped for self catering but we understand that eating out with little ones is not always practical. If you are snacking in we will happily provide plates and cutlery on request. Other things to note Check out is between 10.00 and 10.30am Check in is between 3.00 and 9.30pm We can offer internet access.
