Positive: This is a small, private home, renting-out a spare bedroom, with separate bathroom and toilet. The perfectly pleasant host lives there. The room is clean, bright and reasonably-sized. It is a place to sleep peacefully, at a reasonable price. Breakfast is provided, and is pleasant.
Negative: 'It is what it is' - a nice room in a small bungalow, with live-in host, in a pleasant ,rural location - priced reasonably. HOWEVER, the marketing write-up gives an over-hyped impression E.G. ''There is a coffee shop on-site"......."The guest house has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open." These statements should not be made. Just accept that it is a nice room in a nice, rural setting - priced appropriately.
