13B Maryland Avenue is an ocean-block, three-level townhome that is steps to the beach and downtown Rehoboth! Guests enter this spotless home and find a bedroom and bathroom right on that first level. They are also treated to a large, open living space and kitchen, perfect for the family to gather and enjoy after a day on the beach.
The second floor includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the third floor has one master suite its own private deck. Also on the third floor, facing Maryland Avenue, is another deck where guests can take in the stunning ocean views and enjoy the summer sun.
The home has off-street parking for three cars. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted.
Short Stay Rentals are subject to a $165 cleaning fee. Short Stay Rentals are any rentals less than 7 nights.
