A COUPLE OF PRIME WEEKS ARE UNBELIEVABLY STILL AVAILABLE! Are you looking for a vacation home that has all the comforts of home and more? Well, you've found it! 10 New Castle Street is located in the prime section of South Rehoboth, just a HALF BLOCK to the boardwalk and beach as well as walking distance to Funland, Rehoboth Avenue, restaurants, and shops. With large open living areas, the floor plan allows a large family gathering. It is also rare to find a home that has a HD TV with DVR in every room! Wireless internet available and there are five parking spaces in driveway. Owner even provides 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits. You can relax and read a good book on one of the two porches - one screened and one enclosed. On cool summer nights, you can soak in the warm, bubbly hot tub after a long day of basking in the sun. This property is available year round for full weeks in the summer months and full weeks or long weekends in the off season. Why not spend Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Easter at the beach? NO Pets or Smoking Please.
Guests pay $210 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
