Gorgeous brand new house. Luxurious accommodations featuring all brand new everything, fully equipped to support up to Nine people, less than a mile away from beautiful Moutardier Marina. This craftsman style home features 4 large bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms. All venues are fully equipped to handle your travel and "get-away"needs. With Hotel sheets and towels so soft and new they will melt you in a rugged setting. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal and/or step outside to your beautiful covered deck featuring an outdoor fireplace and bar. Equipped with Satellite TV in all bedrooms and general area (6 tvs). Come take advantage of this 60 acre development with endless hiking trails with lake access. Just a short walk from the house is Nolin Lake where you can swim, canoe, fish, kayak, and relax. There is no dock access at this lake path, very secluded and private. Just 15 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park - one of Kentucky's most beautiful Gems. Kentucky's Bourbon trail is also just up the road. Within a shorter distance horse trail riding farms and Bench Bend Amusement Park.
